We’re a small but growing team, so we need to harness the power of collaboration. We have a number of ways to come together:

  • We’ve established an in-house gym for our employees that is open during working hours.
  • We have team lunches every Friday, because we believe that food brings people together and fosters creativity and communication.
  • We encourage each other by celebrating each other’s achievements, by giving creative freedom to experiment with new ideas and approaches, and by being open and honest in both our feedback and our interactions.
  • We participate in group events, whether they’re related to work or not. We bond over shared experiences—we’ve even had fun going to sports games as a group! It’s given us a good chance to learn more about each other as people as well as colleagues.
