ABOUT US
United Gear & Machine Company has been in business since 1954 and is a key supplier of aerospace and defense components. We manufacture precision splines and gears for our space, defense and commercial aerospace customers. Specializing in high quality splines with tight tolerances, our CNC gear shop is ready for parts up to 40 inches.
In 2020, we opened a new facility in order to expand our capabilities while keeping up with customer demands. Our new facility includes dozens of CNC machines that hold our strict standards of quality, a large inspection department and a wide array of specialty machines to get the job done right the first time.

OUR FACILITY
Starting as a one room machine shop, United Gear and Machine has grown over the past 70 years and recently completed a new CNC gear shop in mid 2020. The newly expanded facility boasts nearly 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Our expanded inspection department offers 2,000 square feet of gear analyzers, optical comparators, CMMS and surface plates to check everything we produce.
